Why it matters who structures your deal
We understand how capital providers think, because we've worked on their side of the desk. Our experience includes credit decisions, portfolio management, underwriting, loan origination, debt restructuring and capital raising.
That lets us prepare and position your transaction before it reaches a lender or investor, and look past a bank's standard lending box when your deal doesn't fit it.
"Our role is to understand the transaction, evaluate financing alternatives, structure the opportunity, and connect borrowers with potential capital sources."
State Solutions FundingWhat we help with

Sale-leaseback solutions
We help business owners evaluate sale-leaseback opportunities that convert commercial real estate equity into liquidity, while the business keeps operating in its existing location under a lease.
A quick check
Short-term private money has its place, but it's expensive to stay on. Move the sliders to compare your current rate with a conventional rate, then talk to us about whether your deal could make the move.
Simple interest-only arithmetic on the figures you enter. It isn't a quote or an offer of credit. Real terms depend on the deal, the property and the lender.
How it works
You'll have one experienced point of contact from the first conversation through closing.
A conversation is the first step. We learn about the property or business, the numbers, and what you need the capital to do.
We look at which kinds of capital fit the deal, from banks and credit unions to private lenders, debt funds and other capital providers.
We prepare and position the request the way a lender or investor will read it, before it ever reaches them.
We take the deal to the lenders it fits and stay with you through to closing.
Private and alternative capital
